Tru Groove are an energetic 6 – 8 piece party band made up of many talented musicians who have years of experience touring and recording for famous Chart Artists such as JLS, Girls Aloud, The Saturdays, Roy Ayers, The Fatback Band, Jocelyn Brown, Anastacia, Il Divo, Alexander O’Neil, Jaki Graham, Beverley Knight to name a few.

If you’ve ever seen them live you know that their performances are energetic, their music and vibe is infectious full on party style, you can’t help but dance. They cover all genres of music from Soul, Pop, Dance, Funk, Garage, Current Chart Hits right back to hits from the 60’s and 70’s. If you want a themed night they can provide relevant music and fancy dress for that also. They even have their own special arrangements for songs that will simply blow you away!
The band have performed at everything from batmitzvah’s, 80th birthday parties, Cancer Charity Summer Balls, Corporate Awards Events to NYE parties in Dubai.Tru Groove also perform at Private Events and Corporate Events so get in touch if you need a band big or small for any event, the band can be completely customised to your event. They can easily add a 2/3 piece brass section, rapper, more singers, gospel singers or string section, all to suit your event requirements.
Tru Groove can also provide a Cocktail/Reception set with Jazz, pop & soul classics everything from a duo or trio band up to a larger band.
They offer:
– Ceremony Services (duo – piano & vocals) to sing the bride down the aisle / Gospel quartet or more
– Cocktail/Reception (Let the band entertain your guests with either instrumental or vocal jazz and soul classics)
– Party Band (Get your guests on the dance floor with our party set guaranteed to get young and old up and swinging).
The band travel and work both nationally and internationally, they offer special all inclusive packages with a DJ, lighting and PA so all your entertainment needs are covered.

Wow! Tru Groove played at our wedding Saturday and they were seriously everything we could have wished for. They are the best band we could have had and all our guests thought so too. So many guests said they were the best they’ve ever seen and been passed their details for future events. By far the best wedding band we have ever seen, just so grateful that we had them for our wedding! Not only are they incredibly talented musicians with an amazingly wide back catalogue, with music for every taste, but they also have fantastic rapport with their audience, getting those who would not normally been seen dead on a dancefloor, moving. The perfect combination of skills for any wedding, and on a personal note throughout all the mails before and then on the night, genuinely lovely people. Now just need to create another reason to book them again!
